IMPORTANT: FoodCal AI provides nutritional estimates using Artificial Intelligence and machine learning algorithms. The data provided (including calories, proteins, carbohydrates, and fats) is an estimate and is for general informational and tracking purposes only.

SwiftOutlet is not a medical organization. The app is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, nor is it a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or a qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or diet plan.

2. User Content and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the photos you capture and the data you log within the app. You agree not to use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Premium Subscriptions

FoodCal AI may offer Premium subscription plans. By opting into a subscription, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through the Google Play Billing system. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Google Play account settings.

4. App Updates and Availability

We are committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for. You are required to accept and install updates (including Immediate In-App Updates) to continue using the app securely.
