WaterStreak (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the WaterStreak mobile application.

Health-related Information
WaterStreak collects hydration-related data including:
- Body weight (used to calculate daily water goal)
- Gender (optional, for personalization)
- Wake-up and sleep times
- Daily water intake entries (amount and timestamp)
- Hydration goals and streaks
This information is collected solely to provide app functionality (personalized goals, reminders, analytics).
Device and Usage Information
- Device type and operating system version
- App version and language preference
- Anonymous usage events (screens visited, features used)
- Crash reports
How We Use Your Information
- Calculate your personalized daily hydration goal
- Send smart reminders during your wake hours
- Sync your history across devices when signed in

How We Store Your Data
Your data is stored on-device with Hive local database. If you sign in, your hydration history is also synced to Firebase Cloud Firestore, protected by Firebase security rules. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
Subscriptions and Payments
WaterStreak offers an optional Premium subscription. Payments are processed by Google Play Billing (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS). We do not collect or store payment card details.

Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures (TLS encryption in transit, Firebase security rules at rest). No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
Account and Data Deletion
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time:
- In-app: Settings → Delete account → confirm.
- Web request: submit a deletion request if you no longer have the app installed.
- Email: support@swiftoutlet.com
All data is permanently removed within 30 days of the request.
Children's Privacy
WaterStreak is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

IMPORTANT: WaterStreak is a wellness tool for general hydration tracking only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
