Terms of Service

Welcome to WaterStreak. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the WaterStreak mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by SwiftOutlet. By using WaterStreak, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use WaterStreak. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account Registration

You may use WaterStreak as a guest or sign in with email, Google, or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Interfere with the Service’s normal operation or other users' use
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Resell or commercially redistribute the Service

4. Premium Subscriptions

WaterStreak offers an optional Premium subscription unlocking ad-free use, additional themes, advanced analytics, and cloud backup.

• Payments are processed by Google Play (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS).
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
• You may cancel any time through your platform store account settings.
• Refunds are handled per the platform store’s refund policy.

5. Free Trials

Free trials may be offered for Premium. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin at the regular price.

6. User Content

Your hydration data, name, and profile information remain yours. By using cloud sync, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

WaterStreak, including its design, code, logos, and content, is owned by SwiftOutlet and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Health Disclaimer

WaterStreak is a hydration tracking tool, not a medical device. Goal calculations are estimates based on general guidelines and your body weight. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a healthcare provider regarding your hydration needs, especially if you have a medical condition.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Termination

You may stop using WaterStreak and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftOutlet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SwiftOutlet is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
